The Alliance to End Homelessness in Suburban Cook County responsible for planning and coordinating homeless services and housing options for all Cook County outside of Chicago and Evanston. 

 

 

 

 

 

Evanston Alliance on Homelessness :

 

EAH is the lead entity responsible for coordinating the Continuum of Care (CoC) planning process under the auspices of the Evanston Department of Health and Human Services.
